The Dragon Hall is the main stage of Basel’s famous X-Mas and New Year’s Party at Kaserne, drawing almost 2000 people to celebrate at the end of the year.
The Dragon Hall’s lounge is covered by a glowing ceiling consisting of 150 animated oriental lanterns, framed by lions and a bar with a dragon used for Chinese dragon dancers.
The main dance floor is dominated by a moving dragon with laser shooting eyes, framed by golden ribbons with Chinese zodiac sign projections. A 10m backdrop image completes the setting with its slowly changing palace scenery, looping from day to night, including animated fireworks.
