Vincent van Gogh Landscapes, Museum of Art, Basel
A special exhibition with 70 landscape paintings attracted more than half a million visitors. The interior court yard of the Museum was transformed into a covered hall. A new terrace for the extended restaurant and video cylinder with 360 projection as introduction to the exhibition were installed. In order to guide the huge amount of visitors, extra infrastructure was installed: electronic ticketing and entrance control, a new visitor guidance system, a merchandise shop, a ticket office and receptions.
